REBECCA KENDALL

Rebecca founded Rosendale Partnerships in 2017 after holding senior positions in four of London’s leading arts institutions. She led on sponsorships and corporate relationships at the V&A, Southbank Centre and the Old Vic Theatre, securing, developing and delivering high profile six and seven figure corporate partnerships. Most recently she led on all aspects of arts fundraising and philanthropy as Development Director at the Royal Court Theatre.

 

Over the past three years with Rosendale Partnerships, Rebecca has supported nearly 50 arts organisations and charities to develop and deliver promotional, in kind and 5, 6 and 7 figure creative partnerships with the corporate sector. 

 

Rebecca has built an unrivalled network of contacts in the arts, charity and business world. She specialises in creative strategy, partnership development and relationship building.

MANAGING DIRECTOR

ELLIE MAYES

Prior to joining Rosendale Partnerships as an Associate, Ellie was the Corporate Manager at Southbank Centre, the UK's largest multi arts centre overseeing sponsorships, brand partnerships and corporate membership. 

 

Prior to this Ellie spent two years working for creative agencies including AMV BDDO on accounts including BT. prior to this Ellie was a New business Consultant at sustainability agency Nice & Serious. Ellie has a first classs honours degree from the Royal central School of speech and drama and specialise in creative brand partnerships.

LAURA SEARS

ASSOCIATE CONSULTANT

Laura has worked in-house for some leading cultural organisations including BAFTA, the Science Museum and the V&A, where she was responsible for wide-ranging partnerships with Bulgari, Swarovski, Sennheiser, Samsung, Sky Arts, Viking Cruises, MADE.com, and MasterCard, amongst others. 

 

More recently, Laura worked as an executive search consultant across the Arts with clients including the Old Vic, the Design Museum and Scottish Ballet as well as leading universities and charities. Now part of the team at Rosendale Partnerships, Laura also works part-time in the Museums & Cultural Property team for Arts Council England.

Partner, CVC Capital Partners, Chairman Old Vic Theatre Trust

Over the last 12 years at CVC, Nick has made investments in the Media & Entertainment, Consumer and Retail industries, including serving on the board of directors at SkyBet, Formula One and Samsonite among others. Prior to joining CVC, Nick spent ten years (1993-2003) in investment banking, primarily in the Mergers & Acquisitions department at Morgan Stanley and Goldman Sachs, both in London.

In addition, Nick has served as the Chairman of The Old Vic Theatre in London since January 2014, a not for profit organisation founded in 1818. Nick obtained a BA in Economics in 1993 from The University of Cambridge in the United Kingdom

Head of Pro-Bono and Community Investment Allen and Overy

 

Allen & Overy has the largest global reach of any major law firm. Kate heads the pro bono and community investment programme using the skills and time of A&O people around the world to find solutions to some of society’s most pressing issues. Volunteering is based around two major themes - access to justice and access to education and employment

Prior to this she was Director of Corporate Citizenship, Deutsche Bank responsible for community development, employee programmes and microfinance initiatives. Kate led the expansion of the Bank's community activities and the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR)UK team and also had responsibility for Deutsche Bank’s Art department, one of the most significant collections of contemporary works worldwide,  committed to supporting young, up and coming artists.

Kate graduated from Imperial College with an MSc in Environmental Technology (following a BSc in Biology from Southampton University), where she learnt that going to the heart of power is one of the best ways to effect change, and her interest in CSR was first sparked! 

Before Deutsche Bank, Kate worked at The Prince of Wales International Business Leaders Forum where she delivered training initiatives on CSR and building cross-sector partnerships in Mexico, Ghana, South Africa and Central and Eastern Europe.

Kate sits on the board of three charities: Heart of the City, Wessex Youth Trust and National Centre for Circus Arts

CHRIS DE PURY

Chris has a wealth of multi-disciplinary experience within the real estate market, both nationally and internationally. He acts on structured sales purchases and restructuring of major UK and European property assets and portfolios. In addition, he has extensive experience of large UK and overseas developments, has advised private equity funds and companies on the formation of funds and joint ventures, and has acted on some major corporate acquisitions.

Chris has been rated in the top tier of real estate lawyers by Chambers guide for the last decade and has been included twice in the last five years in the Lawyer magazines Hot 100 (the 100 most influential lawyers in their various fields).

He is a Trustee of St Bride's Foundation, a member of The Old Vic's Development Council and has acted as an advisor and Trustee of various other charities and arts organisations.
